I know that this is possible, does anyone have the jump pack, or know where i can get one? The hood on my truck is seized and thus i can not get to the battery to jump it the easy way!

go to radio shack, get the male cig lighter connexter and wire, make it double ended

yes, but bump starting it is out of the question since it is sitting in the side yard, and with all of the rain pushing it won’t be happening

You can theoretically charge the battery through the cig lighter just as long as there are not any diodes in the system…
But to start the motor you will draw too much current for the wiring to handle and you will blow the fuse or cause an electrical fire.
i just saw a commercial for a black and decker product that does exactly what you need. It was a booster pack that you can plug into your cig lighter. I dont think it said where they would be available though.
trickle charge it thru the cig lighter, or crawl under the truck and hook the + clamp to the power wire on the starter and jump itthat way
:word:, the fuse is likely only 15amp and is nowhere near enough to start a car, but you could in theory do the male-male connector hook it up to another car and let it charge for a while. hopefully it works out for you.
