my car wont start!!!
im throwing a code 16 which is fuel injector code.
is there FUSE FOR THIS
why wouldthis happen
me and a buddy started to wire in my vafc, but ran into some problems
then went to start it and it wouldnt

Take the injector out and test it. AA battery should be enough to actuate it. If it works, check your wire. DSM injectors? How did you wire them up?

worked perfectly before, only thing i can think of is i touched 2 wires and blew a fuse or something
If a fuse it blown, typically is gonna be the whole MPFI fuse and none of the injectors would work. On the DSM, there is a pack of resistors on the firewall that control each individual injector. If your honda is the same, one of those could have gone or the injector itself is siezed. I would pull each out and test them with the battery. Not sure if a AA battery will work for high impedance injectors however.
Does it crank?
I would start by checking the main fuel relay. Then check the coil. If those are good, it could be a bad injector, or a bad distributor…
