Took it in for an estimate, the guy at the shop gave me a really sweet deal, gonna cost 650 for zee whole thing. I’m asking for 700, because I’m gonna have to drive half way across the world twice, and borrow Phil’s car (and put gas in it :() for a day, so I figure 50 bucks should cover the gas for all that, and I’m doing him a favour by not billing him for the extreme waste of my time. My car should be ready Friday or Saturday.
That’s not bad. And about what I figured (ref: my earlier post) ;)… And $50 for waste-of-time-fees isn’t bad IMO… All in all, sounds like this situation couldn’t have gone any smoother. (Except of course by not happening at all)
