Coilover Suggestions

Ok next week i plan on buying a set of coil overs for my car

i have it down to 2

Tein Flex
http://www.tein.com/flexdamp.html

Pros: In car adjustable with the EDFC, good name .

Cons: Known Clunking noise…

then this new line game out from Apexi

N1 Damper ExV (Expert Type V)
http://www.apexi-usa.com/product_suspension_detail.asp?id=221&pageNum=1

Since its a new product not to sure about the pros and cons

suggestions?

stick with tein. you wont regret it. I think any coilover system might make some noise.

D2s…JIC Magics…but if its between those 2 I like Apexi

Tein Flex Coilovers are probably your best bet seeing as they are just on the edge of a competition coilover but still offer enough comfort for a street ride. We have installed and setup the suspension for a few guys locally and they ride like they are on rails.

Stop into the shop and I can show you a Tein Flex Coil over and run you through the adjustments available and answer any questions you might have.

I’d go with tein, but personally I wouldn’t go with the EDFC and use the money to buy aternate spring rates down the road.

I dunno, if I were you I’d wait just a little while to see what other people think of the new Apexi stuff. I’ve heard lots of complaints from IS owners about the Tein setup.

DOS r u just looking for a drop ro u actualy gona track/auto-x this car

You should take a look at these… Thay are not going to corrode and freeze up on you…These are what I run and have had no issues at all… But they are $$$$
