Ive had good service with Comcast… Ive had it for the last 6 years too, soon as it was Avl we droped AOhelL with the quickness. With AT&T the only problem I had was the box out side my house was over heating and when the sun went down my net would come back up. After being on hold for over 2 hours we finally got them to come out. Aside from that they have been fine… I only experenced a little bit of downtime… usualy I would reset my modem and it was all golden.

And i like the speed of Comcast, but i feel the premiums are crazy high…
i hate comcast too, but not b/c of their internet… i hate them b/c of their cable tv… they fuck up my bill every single month… and their prices are nutz… i sure wish i could bolt a satellite on the outside of my apt.

Well, i woke up this morning to find that i dont have connection at at… my cable modem is sitting there blinking the “recieve” light… i reset it to see if that was the problem, and no go… so apparently they are really fucked up… better be working when i get back from work!

yea WTF is the deal…PAst few days my internet has been going really slow and cutting out alot. Are they doing some kinda upgrades or is their shit just broke. I have been getting really annoyed. They already rape you for the 60bucks a month now its slow as shit

My parents have comcast and it’s out twice a month on average and they only get around 250k/sec. my adelphia is 400-500k/sec and I have never called for service knock on wood
every provider has their problems, it’s all luck
i’ve never had an outage… my dog killed a cat5 cable once that left me withotu interweb for a day or so… but that was animal-error.
I’ve never had problems in the past… but i feel that for what I, and everyone else, pay for the service, it should be fixed soon…
Comcast gets on my nerves b/c they try each and every way to screw you… they screw up little things on my bill every month… they only about to 5 bucks or so… but that adds up… especially when that 5 bucks will put a whopping 2 gallons of gas in your car!
call and bitch, report the time of outages… take screenshots of the nic activity for backup and they will refund you down to the hour.
i used to deal with taht when we had a comcast distribution block at my old apart complex… outages here and there for 2 months… i think i only paid for like 15 days of service. even though internet was up, it was a hardware issue.
and $50 isn’t that bad for internet.

See, i think $50 is alot… now, my rents have dial-up at home… and i’d pay 70 for cable before i’d pay 10 for dial up…
i just dont see why they charge so much… but from a business standpoint, i do… so w/e
