I and jenn have many rants on here. To give you the cliffnotes…
-They overcharge
-They don’t have time to fix service in a timly mannor but then they have time to send people door to door to buy back your dish as a horrible offer…
-There customer service people are a bunch of liers and assholes who could care less about your problem.
my work pays for my new pc’s, cell phone, and internet.
If I had to pay for internet myself, I would be on Net Zero dialup. I very rarely use my pc at home. I haven’t been on it more than 15 minutes in the past 2 weeks.
I’ll be dropping my service for the summer at the end of the month… if i work up here at the university, i’ll just use its internet… otherwise i’ll be back home on my rent’s shitty dial up…
and let me tell you, when you split up an already shitty slow dial-up connection by putting 2 computers on it… man does it really blow
and when i say shitty slow, most ppl on here probably get blazing dial-up speeds compared to my rents… i’ve seen dial-up’s in town get like 5 or 6 Kb/sec… we get just over 2
its AWFUL!
