My company is charging me 3.9x my current health insurance premium because I’m not vaccinated. It’s causing… a disruption let’s say. We will see how it goes. I already threatened to leave along with 2 other employees.
Company is holding firm on their policy so we shall see. I have given until the close of open enrollment to make things right or I’m looking elsewhere. 9 years of my life with this company that I have driven over $2M in incremental margin in one year with an ongoing $700K + each year after with nothing in return.
leave. take your skills elsewhere.

Self funded insurance, company makes the policy, not the insurance company.

Agreed, even the vaccinated rate is going up 25% so why do they need to do unvaccinated 290%
fire doctors, cancel surgeries. make things worse so that you can make things even worse so that you can make the crisis even worse still. and so on.

The only solution is covid camps where the great people of Canada will finally be protected from the unvaccinated.

we dont really have healthcare up here anymore. we have exactly what you would expect a single-payer system to eventually look like as it runs its course.
