If you support this kid walkout do us all a favor. Have your kids walk out, walk home, and home school them.
Just grabbed the first article I came across. But talk about overreach which will drive more businesses out of NYC and more than likely help finalize the push to get them out of NY state in general. Nothing like losing more tax paying businesses.
Also, it’s proven that this vaccine is not stopping the spread.
Been saying this since day one.
This “vaccine” is just a prophylactic, that’s really the wordage they need to start calling it. Calling it a vaccine is causing people to question it, because it does NOT prevent COVID-19, it only simply lessen symptoms for a relatively short window.
If the Merck and Pfizer COVID-19 pill are released and show promise, people are going to skip “vaccines” all together, unless of course the ingredients are crazy.
I think we also need to stop calling it “Delta” or “Omicron”. This is now COVID-21…for real. The original COVID-19 has mutated and will continue to mutate, but it is still COVID. Giving it fancy greek names and marketing them as “the new threat variant!” is nothing more than a scare tactic to persuade people to continue allowing freedoms to be taken away. This is COVID-21/22…let’s move on with our lives.
Just got back from getting my daughter tested. She got stuffy yesterday, added in lack of taste/smell this morning.
EDIT: Also, one of you needs to post over in the memes thread because it won’t let me post anymore until someone else posts.
We got a phone call from our sons daycare about someone in his room testing positive. (Not sure if a rapid test or what) He’s been fighting a cold this whole time but this was brought to our attention on Friday night as he was already dealing with a cold and was only in that Thursday and not for a week before that.
My wife has a cold right now but she feels she’s getting better. Just started over the weekend. Seems a bit fast for Covid to hit if it came from his daycare from Thursday. She hasn’t lost any smell or taste.
I’m perfectly fine right now, hope this continues as I just hate getting sick in general. (Who doesn’t)
We will see. Just seems like there is a common cold that is going around right now.
I think there is a cold going around. If it’s your first kid, be ready for being sick off and on for the next 4 years.
I think the best way to prove efficacy will be to collect all the sets of twins or greater out of the upcoming covid camps to get some definitive answers on how sick one with and without the shit gets.
How else can we really know for sure someone that who is vaxxed has a lesser reaction than if they were not vaxxed. Illegally experimenting on them will also help find markers for AE vax reactions.
NYC has had the worst mandates in the state. Any idea how businesses have been effected?
They clearly worked. Otherwise the numbers there would be even higher… right?
Well hers isn’t a cold… Rapid test came back positive. Will have the PCR tomorrow but pretty sure I know what the result will be.
False positives are highly unlikely with the rapid tests, as I understand it.
Seem like there’s a lot of people getting it that I’m aware of. That said, they all seem to be fine. So that’s nice. My kids all got over it quickly
how much $ and time are you guys spending on testing??? frig…
$0 have never been tested.
$0 out of pocket for me, but I can’t imaging what we’re spending as a nation on testing.
And on vaccinations…
And on paying off the media…
Wish I had got stock in Moderna. Wonder how many politicians have stock in Moderna and would be nice to see when they got the stock or upped their stock. Before vaccine/covid, $19 a share, now it’s over $200 and peaked over $300.
Doesn’t look like Pfizer had the same for theirs but still an increase and I know some politicians have that.
Not another fucking word about hospital capacity. Any time someone brings it up, throw that right in their face.
Maybe I’d support that back when the vaccine was 95% effective and there was almost no chance a vaccinated person could spread covid because even if they got it their viral load would be so low it would be almost impossible to spread. That’s not the case anymore, not even close. Vaccinated people are getting covid and vaccinated people are spreading covid. No one with more than 10 brain cells is claiming otherwise anymore. So why should we care if a hospital worker doesn’t want to get vaccinated? The whole point was we didn’t want hospital workers spreading covid. Well the vax doesn’t make any difference there anymore.
It was great watching WGRZ and the person they had on that was their health expert spoke up about why they have a capacity issue and that part of it was because of understaffing outside the hospital for those waiting to be transferred out of the hospital to assisted living or similar. Something like 50+ people needing to be moved but because of the staffing shortage, they stay at the hospital. Staffing shortage = Unvaccinated people being let go. This I’m sure on top of their own shortage.
It’s bs.
They also have full beds not because of covid but because of elected surgeries and other situations. Covid is just helping fill the beds. Put off elected surgeries long enough, all of those backed up will stack up and take a lot of beds.
This was the video.
2:15 is where she talks about the shortage/reason for being close to capacity at the hospitals.
If this is a problem, we should not be mandating something that is removing staffing after they’ve been good enough for a year and a half, almost 2 years.
it is “maximum intentional chaos” gents. and it is not going to stop any time soon.
