I don’t understand why we are deploying the national guard in DC. Don’t they have a pretty heavy police presence there being the F**King Capitol of the United States? Shouldn’t we be utilizing that against protestors first before deploying the National Guard before any protest actually shows up? What is going on with this country? Why is the basic principal of protesting becoming basically illegal now? Well… protesting for anything other than BLM. (hate to say it and sound racist but speaking the truth)
Seems like the NG has become the Swiss Army Knife of local and federal governments. Filling in for hospital nurse short staffing because of the Whore Kathy Hochul, being considered as potential replacement bus drivers, and filling in at skilled nursing facilities. Can we employ them if those Starbucks jerkoffs go on strike again?

I’m pretty sure most vaccines are expired under the Excelsior pass anyways right? Aren’t they only good for a year?
That was a big part of why I’ve been pushing back on venues I work with requiring proof, they’re asking for someone to show proof of something that is technically expired and they’re putting the liability on themselves for that.

It’s weird. A while back it told me to get my excelsior pass plus for no expiration. I did it, with my same two does, and sure enough I have no dates on my pass now. All I did was enter in the same info I did the first time and it upgraded me to “plus”.

I’m curious if their will be teacher who will try to dictate that kids have to wear a mask in their room, almost like businesses have the right to enforce you wear a mask at their store if they want.
I highly doubt it. Teachers have enough to deal with, the last thing we need is to police another thing.
But I’m sure there will be the agreeable suburban women teachers that are super upset on Wednesday.

A co-worked of my wife still wears his mask ALL THE TIME. Apparently he and his wife havent been out to eat once since this started. And they just got take out for the first time last week and he was freaked out he was the only one wearing a mask at pickup.
Hes super nervous about his completely healthy 4yr old getting it. So much that he tried to sign her up for vax trials - fucking wild.
I just cant even.
These people are not able to be saved at this point.

Unless im mistaken, Buffalo teachers union hasnt agreed to jack shit just yet and you can bet they’re going to llay their bullshit games again.
All the self appointed.mask police deputies will surely go into Karen level protesting and prophecising the end of days without fucking face condoms.
Every public venue that shut out people without a jab are now changing their tune. They can fuck off. Ill never set foot in them again.
I haven’t worn a mask since they last loosened their bullshit mandates. I won’t be wearing one again. I don’t just yet see this as being the beginning of the end. Far from it.
I’d like to congratulate all the shifty, backdoor, fear mongering, shitbags who used the past 2 years to further enrich themselves, enslave the public, destroy businesses and economy’s, divide families and citizens, and weaken our country. Job well done you selfish pieces of shit.

Skiing at Gore yesterday and today, not a mask in sight. Jill made it to the state championships for her high school ski team and even the kids aren’t wearing any masks.

I still need to get Gore. I’ve been to Whiteface, Gore’s on the list.
She’s getting her ass kicked at states but that was entirely expected. First year racing, went into this with the minimum required gear (a pair of SL skis and an FIS helmet). So all season she was skiing around gates instead of charging through them in SL and running the GS races on SL skis. We had said if she enjoyed it we’d buy the pole guards, shin guards, helmet chin guard, GS skis and race suit for next year. Well, didn’t the kid just get faster and faster all season and snuck into the last WNY spot for states. Got the rest of the gear. Her goal was 2nd to last, which is exactly where she placed in SL yesterday (not counting all the kids the DNF’d). Today she’s 4th from last in GS after 1 run, 2nd runs start at 1pm. Super proud she made states in her first year as a freshman. Can’t wait for next year.
