the system works…mine was 90 in a 60 zone, 30 km/h over, 6 points, reduced to 15 over.
Well i went today i was really nervious… but everything worked out really good she gave me the choice to take this…bad road conditions ticket witch was just 85$ …or i could continue to fight it and maybe have a chace of still getting stuck with the careless ticket…so i chose the road conditions ticket…witch was just nothing…85$…so good im really happy …my insurace has gone up 30$ witch…is fine with me considering the situation i was in before, so yeah i guess i will be able to drive in the spring

haha this is such a relif for me its been bothering me since october and today …finally gone i feel so much betteR and yea i know i messed up spelling haha :lol: and its just money no points for this road condition thing…my insurace hasent even heard of it before :shock:…so happy now i can actally do more things to my car and not be worried
i hope for the sake of god that you didn’t have to write them anything… some of your posts are a little jumbled. either way, congrats on getting the ticket lowered. sometimes you get lucky with the situation. i got a ticket in quebec almost 2 years ago, and decided to fight it… so i sent them my paperwork and they gave me a court date… so i showed for the first one but couldn’t stay as long as they needed me to, so they rescheduled it for 3 months later. at that court date, some guy came up to me and asked why i was there and i explained i had been caught doing 128 in a 100 and want to ask to have the ticket reduced and whatnot. he right away pointed to this guy in an attourney’s gown (or whatever they wear) and said ‘this guy charges $100 for every point he gets taken off your ticket’… so i thought ‘sweet deal’… turns out, he got the fine down from 155 to 65, got the 1 point off the ticket and i paid him… unfortunately, i only had $85 on me so i gave that to him and he said don’t worry about the rest…
I’m can almost guarantee that you could have got off completely if it had gone to trial.
