That reminds me right before my baseball game at a brampton tournament. We were sitting right beside the bench watching this dude doing burnouts and donuts in his oldsmobile, laughing. A cop has no clue its happening, hes right behind the building attending another matter and he didnt see anything. Then a man tells him to go over to the next parking lot. He drives by slow, pulls up to the guy while he is burning out in reverse and about to spin the wheel, haha. He was sitting there writing the guy tickets for atleast 20 minutes. Turned out, that guy was the umpire for the game, hahahahahaah, sucker.
