+1 If you honestly think that is going to be covered you might want to read your policy sometime. Now that the kid admitted to the cops he drove out there because he thought it would be “neat” he’s fucked. Maybe if he claimed they were driving near the bay, and in the whiteout made a wrong turn and ended up out there Geico would cover it. But once you drive out on a frozen bay, on purpose, that’s off highway use and most policies have an exclusion.
