I have land. about 150 acres of open feilds, moto x track, mud pits, ATV trails. The neighboring farmer is cool also seeing our properties boarder, there is no winter wheat. Its game on for me.
About 15 years ago I had a kid (in the McKinley Mall parking lot on Christmas Eve) stop at his sign waiting to enter the circular traffic flow around the mall. He looked right at me, saw me coming, and pulled out anyway. I tagged him in the driver rear fender. Called cops of course and the donut muncher (still had powdered sugar on his lower lip) told me he was not giving him a ticket as the mall was not considered a public road, whether he obviously was in error or not. Don’t know if this has changed but I would guess no as it’s private property.
hahahahahahahahaha, post the video!. I love taking pics of cops on there phone while driving, or videos of them drag racing down my street like idiots or best of all eating doughnuts. One day I will make a compilation and put it on youtube. “the best of YRP”
You know they are legally able to be on their phones while driving, right? I hope one of them sees you taking their picture while driving and gives you a ticket so you can come on here and make a thread bitching about how all cops are idiots and none of them do their jobs. You sound like an idiot that would do doughnuts in a parking lot and complain about getting hassled by the cops for doing so.
You can video tape people in a public place where privacy isn’t implied
The only loop hole with video taping cops is interfering with their investigation basically you can’t be in the way and they have to feel “secure” basically you can’t be standing on top of the cop with the video camera.
I was under the impression he was taking the pictures while driving, and I’m pretty sure there’s some sort of law against using electronic devices while driving.
I could be wrong here but I think Birdman was implying that you would be snapping a pic of the cop, presumably from your own phone, while you are driving by and seeing a cop using their phone. Then the cop writes you a ticket for using your phone while driving. Irony?
