i just ordered some 2in drop springs for my car . someone told me i need a camber kit , will i and what does it do?
drop has no E in it…
i would suggest changing the strut bearings on that car being that you are keeping the oem struts and shocks… chamber kit adjusts the wheels toe in or out… if you don’t know what that means, then just give up and don’t worry about it

i could of phrased that better…
at least i didn’t say… r/t effects ET… thats
toe is what he needs to worry about… not really camber or caster… i just wanted to put it as simple as possible…

any one have a sugestion on the struts i should get
cheap and good quality with not a lot of performance would be like darkstar had…KYB GR-2’s he could tell you more
I put H&R Race Springs on my CRX with 4way adjustable KYB AGXs. They are a bit stiff, but once they settle in, will be perfect for me. If you’re not planning to go with any coilovers, I’d go with either the Tokico illuminas or KYB AGXs.
I like the drop, and once the stiffness wers in some, I won’t complain one bit.
The KYB’s i had werent really much stiffer than stock. Gave a nice ride though.
I dont know what drop springs were on my car, but i can tell you taht my car DEFINATELY needed a camber kit.
progress springs i believe…
the AGX’s on my accord kinda sucked. They were kinda stiff, but the adjustability was poo… nummy had tokico adj. on his sol and it was nice.
I also had Koni Yellow Adj. on my 95 accord and all I have to say is that is the most amazing shock out there…even though they are like 150 a piece, it’s worth every penny!!!

accord vs DSM :bash:
i swear by tokico + eibach combos
is your car awd? i believe on dsm’s any drop beyond 1.5 could use a camber kit. i got the intrax springs on my awd w/ a drop of 1.75 and just got new oem struts and the ride is comfortable enough for me
i got koni yellows they are real nice shocks any aftermarket shock you put on there will an improvment over the old and dont worry about a camber kit just take it to a shop and tell them to do the toe back to stock
Koni and Eibach…I have reds and they have a nice ride to them. Only bitch is having to take them off to adjust them unlike the yellows, but when I got mine last year they didn;t make yellows for my car…
