LOL
That brings up a fair question… If there wasn’t a speed limit what would you consider a reasonable speed for a light traffic thruway drive?
In the GTO with Z rated summer tires I’d probably be setting my cruise somewhere around 140.
The 85th percentile speed, or the design speed of the road.

On longer road trips I will get a train of about 10 cars behind me after several minutes but when I pull over and slow down none of them have the balls to lead the pack. It is pretty frickin funny because it happens every time. lol
Plot Twist: Guy in Camaro had wife in back seat. Wife was in labor.
Not 10 cars, but this happens to me just about everyday on my way home. Bunch’a pansies.
In this hypothetical the guy is an even bigger douche to drive like that and endanger the lives of his wife and unborn child.
Hypothetical -__-
this is the guy:
He bought a Camaro…his decision making skills are suspect to begin with…
More good decisions…just having a bad week.
I read that and then I read your sig, lol.
I often will fall in behind a few driver doing 1,000,000,000 miles an hour. Follow them while falling back and let them get the ticket if its going to happen.
Kinda looks like a guy that would get a BAC of .19 and then try to take a fifth-gen into the grass lane at 65 mph. I’d bet he did most of this driving with his left hand at the 12 o’clock position too.
Touche.
:jocolor:
Van around 80mph (top speed 96mph)
S4 80-90
W12 all of it
edit: In SC the speed limit is 70 or 75 and traffic happily moves 75-85 without cops every 2 miles to hand out taxes
On my cross country drive the highest I hit was 85 MPH speed limit in Texas. Was cruising at 110 comfortably for over an hour in the V.
