Not a bad idea, you can rule out some certain things right there… Our old 77 T/A would have shitty starts once and awhile, and one day it just would not crank over. Swapped out the plugs and voila
What is bump starting going to do for a car that cranks over?
i was thinking the same thing, although sometimes push starting it will crank faster than a starter will.
i know of hondas that will sit and crank all day but never fire over but will start if bumped …(like mindless’s car)
if a bad CPS or TPS or even the temp sen… the car will crank but will not start
check the fuse for your nitrous bottle heater, if it’s cold there won’t be enough pressure.
Well you need 3 things, Fuel, spark and compression, assuming there is enough compression, and you can smell gas Id go with spark, did you test for spark ?
You are cranking the car over still it’s still not going to start. If it’s not starting but bump starting check your battery, connections, and starter. You are not doing anything different by bump starting. Sensors are still getting the same voltage
no one else is here right now so i really cant check the spark
unless someone knows of a way to test the spark with only 1 person
if you want to get really creative you can jumper the starter relay in the enginebay
you can see under your hood lay the plug on the valve cover.
fuck it, my gf will be home at 230
guess i’ll just sit on the couch eat cupcakes and watch 6 feet under till then. sigh
-Get a phillips screwdriver
-Stick in plug wire end where plug goes
-Place in location where it can be seen while you crank it, with the metal end about 1 cm from a clean ground.
If there isn’t anyone there I would try taking one out and taking a look at the condition of the plug, work with what you have I guess
not true … i wont get into it but just try to bump it
to test pulg with one person … pull plug … place it on valve cover … you will here the “spark” from the seat if door open
Time for a new accord.
see link to possible indication of problem:

why even bother to pull the plug, screwdriver into the boot lay it where you can see it.
Definitely a lack of gas. You need to have enough to pour over the ENTIRE car and then light it. Ignition sources comes after the gas part.
this is what i always ask people who bug me when their shit aint working rite… i ask " what was the car doing before it died"?
running and driving
fuck right
