Firearm BS thread

Mysteriously no one was filming on the set of a film when the gun when off…

Guns randomly go off all the time. It’s just part of being a gun owner, occasionally your gun kills someone.

So since this is a Firearms thread, can someone explain to me how a prop gun (which was a real gun) loaded with a live round could go off without pulling a trigger?

I’ll explain it to you. When you hire a criminal defense attorney and he tells you “you’re fucked” and then that attorney comes up with a brilliant defense angle. Hope it works because it would set precedence to eliminate prosecution for all future gun crimes.

I have a few single actions that, when the hammer is back, will go off if you look at the trigger hard enough. He probably is wildly inexperienced and doesn’t realize he even touched the trigger.

Weird. I thought the below posted earlier.

Another tragic Bullet accident.
The only think I can think of is that something must be severely worn, broken or mishandled.

Something that would unintentionally allow the hammer to move. I’m basing this on $5 cap guns I had when I was a kid. You could easily force the hammer to fire and not use the trigger. Someone with those pretty wheel guns would know much better.

If any of that were true, he would have been screaming that it was a defective POS.

New add here.

So now that BGC is gone, is there anyplace with a selection of mid-high end shotguns? Looking for a good over/under and would like to handle a few…

Blue Tuna is a good place but like every other place in WNY they have limited stock because of rona.

Cabelas? Johnsons in Eden?

May have to try cabelas. There’s nothing else…

I think there’s a guy on nygunforum that had a nice Beretta over under for sale in the classifieds

This one?

That does look nice actually. I wanted to get a 20ga for my 12 year old, that would be a good candidate.

Yup. Most people on there are the real deal. I’ve met many in person, bought & sold, and can’t remember a bad experience.

So one of my grail guns is complete and I should have it shortly.

That’s disgusting

I’ll be tossing on these set of custom cross cut mammoth ivory carbon fiber backed grips.

This lady was just fired from the NYT for leaving this message with a gun rights group. LOL.

Wish you wouldn’t change those grips. I really think they make the piece.

The English walnut is very nice, I change my grips out all the time. I’ll keep them for sure.

Soon as hunting season is over going to do a seating depth / powder test. Not sure if the awesome previous results were the powder or jump space…

Just for you!
