Im not going to lie most of the workouts anyone does with me revolve around me saying things like. “I can tell you arent fucking trying” as they are about to cry. and “Let go you are ruining my fucking workout!” as im actually about to cry.
Cross country skiing > ALL! Dude seriously, its really fun and it burns like more calories than anything. I’m gonna do a lot of it this winter.
anyone still doing those guerilla cardio sprints, i just stumbled upon this thread, seeing if it’s worked for anyone?
I do something similar to g sprints. The complex that I live in is exactly 1.6 miles each lap around so I have markers at .2 sprint then .4 jog alternating and I do 2 laps of those then jog one then walk the last as a cool down.
