Yeah, my edits are not perfect, and a second or two for different areas is probably off, but its damn close. The only big one is the final sprint, the music just seemed to carry it just enough to the point where we should all be able to push ourselves.

I hope this helps someone, Im sure it will help me. I would also like to ask if anyone has results or whatever to post em up! We can try to push each other as a community to become the most healthy person we can be

Dont worry Jeff I will put you(and myself im getting out of shape :frowning: ) on my Iraq workout plan when I get back. Its intense but god I was in the best shape of my life. Its all about the hot tub bro.

I’m in a tough predicament. I have a muscle spasm in my back (start physical therapy tomorrow). I’m a pretty lean guy, but i have seen what definition i had (when healthy I play hockey 5x a week, cycle every day, etc) go out the window. It sucks, I can’t work out because of my back and I’m getting sloppy

in the last 5 weeks i lost soooo much… i’ve been soo busy and eating like shit…
i was benching 275 max, arms were starting to get decent,…etc.
now i’d be surprised if i could get 205 up 3 times, no joke. UGH…
shirts that were real tight on me are pretty lose again
cant wait until next week is over. i need to get back in the gym ASAP

You’ll get it back easily… bench is one of the easiest exercises to find gains on, as so much of it is technique, and there are so many supporting exercises you can do to beef your max. ( I.E. seated widegrip cable row )

This morning I did a circuit for 45 minutes that was 4 ab excercises, 10 pullups, 50 pushups,and about 1/8 mile sprint. We did the rotation like 8 times in 45 minutes. No resting 3/8 people hurled. It was BRUUUUTAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

yea i usually gain it back fast (since ive been going regularly to the gym)… i let it go pretty bad this time around… been really busy
