Deffinitly right too, not everything read or told should be thought to be 100% true. Everyones body is different also. Sometimes what works for other people wont work for you. I eat and eat and dont gain weight… Eating is expensive and so is buying supplements that dont work.
The biggest i have ever gotten i dont take anything but optimun nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard and i eat and eat! Sometimes training more isnt good too, just have to find what works for you.
