Word, I’m glad everyone likes the HIIT routine I posted. I also posted a mp3 to use, maybe the download link reached it’s max amount though- idk.
Anyways, you DONT want cooldown music in the 10 sec resting stage… why would you want to set your body to relax? You want to play some heavy shit then just to keep your energy and intensity up. You don’t want to be saying to yourself “I did it, god that was hard…” you want to say “Im ready for another fucking 20 seconds, this shit is easy rawwwrr!”
My favorite song for intensity is certainly March of the Pigs by Nine Inch Nails.
No I dled it and used it, I just thought it sucked lol. For the actual run, I plan to use a heavy part from multiple songs (March of the pigs will be in there) . Im hoping if I use slower music for the cool down, just something to listen to for those 10 secs, and when the heavy stuff comes in I will explode in a run.
Do you completely stop running for 10 seconds or just slow to a jog or walk?
uk thats a good point, I never asked. It calls for a “rest” and when ive done it i stop completly and try to compose myself for the next sprint.
In high school we were always told to never dead stop after a run, to jog a few hundred feet.
well in the run, there is a 3min warm up and cool down. its in the middle sprint for 20, rest for 10, sprint for 20, you get the idea.

If i had the money i would buy some type of steriods but not the strongest something that wont be as bad for you… i would recommend everyone to watch bigger,Stronger, faster its a documentary on steriods and it explains alot. Steriods are dangerous when done incorrectly and its given to people in hospitals to SAVE there lives and get them better in certain case’s… its main reason why its illegal is because of sports.

Well, I’m at it again tomorrow morning. Have done it a few times already.
Treads…where is that mp3 dude. I need something motivating and something to get my mind off it. I was listening to music last time I did it and honestly don’t think I hear one second of it. My mind was just so “closed” because of the obvious stress I had put myself under…it was weird.
Only startered “hearing” the music a few minutes into cooldown.
ok so I got distracted tonight, ill make it tomorrow.
Post up some ideas of what you guys would like to hear. I plan on making this pretty intense, with less heavy, but just as upbeat parts for the 10 sec rests and not a clue what to use for the warm up/cool down
