i tried to get back into a routine of doing like 100 push ups and sits everyday… like 4 sets of 25… well i almost died after 50 of each… i’m always tired or sleeping. what can i do to get some energy. any kinda drink to get me started? after my wreck the non activity just killed my stamina. also i’m having trouble staying motivated, rocky 4 just don’t cut it anymore. i feel like the kid that wore dress socks in gym class right now.
JOLT…cola preferably
Ephedrine usually works.
protein
until my heart explodes or i become diabetic. lol
need abit of protein and some carbs for energy…but i like nitro explosion to give me energy…but its not generally recommended for basic workouts or just to drink here and there for energy… and its expensive
general energy drinks are good but you just need to get used to the new workout routines and the new stress it has put on you
a months supply…
Your diet and sleep is key for energy
That was you :tool:
:wtcslap: :burnout:
stacker II
Same here. I didn’t do much for a year after my wreck. The wife and I got a gym membership in September. Starting back sucked. But now, usually the idea of spending money on a gym membership and not going is motivation enough to get there.
Plus, the cardio machines at our gym have flat screens built in so you can watch tv while you run or bike. :bigok:
yeah… me and ed goyda. lol
yeah my sleep is a wreck but i have been eating better than in the past. i gotta get through this beggining stuff so 100 of each is cake.
reduce junk carbohydrate intake… cut out as much high fructose corn syrup as possible. eat many small meals a day instead of two or three big ones. up good carb intake, like fruits and whole grains. eat as lean as possible, but you still want 30% of your calories to come from fat. eat nuts, fish, and other sources of natural, unprocessed fats.
none of these things are going to give you the immediate energy of caffeine or other stimulants, but you won’t get the crash either.
Diet turbo Tea, made by ABB,
no sugar or caffine but it will get you up, I drink atleast one every time i goto the gym.
Very bad for u…
how u figure?
Listen to this guy
also start slow and increase the reps, if you haven’t done them in a while, hit the gym to.
diaf retard
i think they lifted the ban, but the newer shit is so tried down with restrictions its hardly anything worth much
waste IMO,
I used No-Xplode for a while lifting and it did make me ALOT more energized and i was able to focus more on my workout. im sure that “it’s in my head” but i felt a difference and thats all that matters.
Or i dont know if you want to dabble with Creatine at all, but Sci-Fit makes a suppliment called creatine infusion that usually would wake me up pretty good shortly after taking it
