ok so kinda random and probably a long shot but who knows, hypeville is moving out and his room will be available, idk if theres anyone looking to get out of buffalo but this would be a good opportunity.
rent is $550 a month plus utilities (roughly $60/month includes cable, wifi, water, gas, electric), were like 15-20 mins from the beach or downtown, in a pretty nice neighborhood. the room is like 11x11, hardwood floors, the rest of the house is either hardwood floors or tile, we have a 2 car garage, i/g pool and hot tub, pretty big living room, dining room and kitchen. its me, another guy from buffalo and another guy from out here, were all real chill and all work full time.
id much rather have someone i know or even kinda know than some random person from craigslist, but like i said this is probably a long shot, or maybe just a call out for the few people that alrdy know about it. were looking for someone thats serious about moving, not just letting it turn into a long vacation and bailing.
the huge advantage to this is you have a place to move into from day one, no searching for the right place, or worrying about living with sketch ppl. and just to give you an idea, when i moved out i had about $6500, enough to cover a few months of living, buying shit for my room and buying a car.
oo, and you get to enjoy some of the nicest weather in the country yr round
$550 isnt that unreasonable for the place we live in, and you gotta figure your paying for the weather. i can live on about $1000 a month, everything else is the same or less, i just filled up with 91 @ 3.11/gallon
