If you have time for that, your right, its absolutely the BEST way to go, you actually digest MORE protein becuase the food is whole and not broken down into powder however I have no time and I am a lazy bastard there for I stick with my already made shit lol… Add milk, blend, drink.
Tho for extra calories/protein/carbs I add a few scoops of peanut butter and 2-3 packets of oatmeal in my shakes.
