Pretty much copied from my SHOForum thread:
I hate to do it, but since I’m heading to NYC in a few months to begin my career, and I don’t plan on driving a car for a while, I’ll throw it back into the community. Up for sale is my 1991 Black/Black with 143,008 Miles I’ve put approximately 1500 miles on the car in the 1.5 years that I’ve owned it. The leather interior is the 60/40, showing a bit of wear on the driver side seat. Power front seats with Bolster and Lumbar that work perfectly. No sunroof on this beast, but there is keyless entry.
on the clock.
The car comes with all documentation from the previous owners, including the original window stickers. The car runs strong and is extremely clean, as it was a southern car, from Texas. The original owner lived in Texas, then the car was driven up to Wisconsin after purchase, garage kept for 6 months, then I picked it up. Its entire life it has been garage kept.

The car is stock, except for these few noted things:
-Bittersweet SHO Lines
-Gasket-Matched Heads and Intake
-Ceramic/Kevlar Brake Pads (Had to do the brakes immediately following the purchase)
-Plus Fiberglass Hood
-Aftermarket CD Player (I do not have the Factory Unit(s)- There is the aftermarket one in the top slot, and in the bottom the cup/coin holder)
-SHONUT Extreme Solid Front Motor Mount
When I bought the car, the shifty felt a bit sloppy. After reading the forums, I came across a post on how to tighten up the feel o the shifter, and decided to follow the write-up. The shifter now feels very tight, and much better than when I bought it. Also immediately following purchase, I had to do brakes on all four corners. I never got around to upgrading the brakes as I had liked to, but rotors were changed as well as the pads. The pads are Ceramic/Kevlar pads, and a bit grippy once warmed up.
Over last winter, I decided to take the intake off and then followed suit down to the heads. I gasket matched the heads and intake, and performed an upper 60K on the car. With some carbon buildup in the intake, I took it to a local performance shop, Jan-Cen Racing Engines, and had the intake cleaned. During its bath, the “polish” and paint on the intake was removed, so now it is in a good powdercoating state. The car has non-directional slicers.
The car was recently buffed before putting it in storage. It has not been waxed, though. I planned to do it after buffing but unfortunately I was bombarded with classwork and then the weather changed, making it a bad idea to wax in the cold. The paint on the car is good, and a waxing would make it even better. There are a few paint chips here and there, though. With the previous owner driving it from Texas to Wisconsin, and then myself driving it from Wisconsin to New York, I think it is safe to say some chips were to be expected as a result.
After the initial purchase, there were a few necessary things that had to be done to the car including removal of the bubbling tint that was installed. I think it is safe to assume that the tint that was placed on the car was put on in its early days, as it was so tacky that it removed the rear window defroster strips. I’ve never driven the car past October, so I’ve never used the Defroster. A/C blows ice cold air, and the original soft-button EATC is in the car with no broken buttons!
There is an Air Bag code that comes on randomly, and refers to there being a deficiency in grounding. My father and I have looked over the car and have had a family friend do the same, and we cannot find any problems in the wiring.
For being 16 years old, I firmly believe that you will find very few SHOs, in the North, as well maintained and cared for as this vehicle. With the work put into the car following my purchasing it last year, and its current condition, I am asking $3,600 for the vehicle. If you have any questions, please contact me.
