Seriously, if you’re such a die hard fan, you should have bought a ten pack. If you couldn’t afford it, buy a ten pack and then sell them for close to face value. Then you’d be guaranteed a shot at playoff tickets. From what I’ve heard there were only 2000 tickets even AVAILABLE to the general public. So scalpers or not, you had pretty much no chance of getting tickets today unless you have a hookup.

Me, I’m a huge fan, saw probably all but 10 games this season, and went to quite a few. But I don’t think I’d ever pay this kind of money for tickets when I can get a bunch of people over at my house and watch it for free. Stanley Cup Finals, game 7 maybe, but not conference finals.

I was just putting the offer out there. You don’t have to buy them.

It’s obviously worth the money for some people, or they wouldnt sell.

It’s not ripping someone off when it’s public information what face value is, and they are still willing to buy them at an inflated price, this really is not a neccessity that can be compared with the price gauging at the gas pumps.

Edit: A guy just called me about them and informed me that his roommates 2 300 level corner 10th row seats went for $275 each on stubhub in 2 hours.
