Oh my 370 front end conversion. I want more.
The ClubLoose Awards Banquet was yesterday, I was given their Rookie of the Year award
This build looks awesome Mike
Suscribed!
Front end looks cool man.
I’d assume a 370 clip wouldn’t be cheap!

do it.
oh gosh.
370z front AND a v8?
thats how you build a car!
Couple small updates, borrowed a pair of rear Brembo single piston calipers from Mike @ Innovative Tuning to use for mock up on my new e-brake setup. I’m setting up a dedicated pair of calipers on the rear rotor for a hydraulic e-brake setup. While the project MU pads functioned well I didn’t care for the position of the stock hand brake lever (even with my extension on it). It just didn’t suit my driving style so I’m doing a dedicated hydraulic setup with the pull lever right next to the steering wheel.
(Stock photos, Ill have more next week of stuff on my spare hub/spindle being mounted up).
Also, nearly done with bodywork mockup/mounting. Going to pin the hood Monday, need a few small things welded on the chassis for body mounts but that’ll wait till we’re doing the motor mounts and trans mount.
Mike, this is all completely nuts! I’m glad to see someone backing up their hopes for the next year though! I remember you talking about this at downsview.
Huge congrats on the rookie of the year award! For an event like that, that is pretty good stuff man!
Thanks for all the updates, this is wicked to say the least!
Theo
Yeah i cant wait to see this thing done with that front end on it, let alone engine work, pretty sick dude, another ride will be requested,…no hay fire this time LMAO
good stuff!!
if you need help with the intake manifold i may be able to help you out.

 Keep up the good work!
Thanks guys, I’m extremely excited about this coming season.
Started working on the dedicated Brembo ebrake setup tonight, should have a final bracket to be manufactured later this week. Don’t mind the discoloration, the stock brembo finish tends to discolor under heavy track use, the final product will have matching calipers hahaha.
that’s pretty badass, what master cylinder did you go with? did you buy a kit or piece it together yourself?
I’m using a CNC Staging brake, and a spare set of stock brembos but the bracket is my own, and obviously the lines/connectors are specific to my car.
Really shitty photo, sorry it’s from my cell phone and then I blurred out the embarrassing mess that is my garage right now. Bodywork is mostly complete. Tomorrow I’ll finish the new aluminum undertray (the last one I saw it’s final use in a trash can at Clubloose after the crash), drill and pin the hood (gotta go grab 2 more hood pins, no hinges for me), and I need to get a pair of plastic clips from Dorschel Nissan which I’ll have by the end of the week (that is why the bumper is sticking out next to the headlights/bottom of the fenders. Hopefully finish it up and go for paint Friday or Monday.
I’m targeting March a week from Saturday to put the motor in hopefully, and I’d like to have it fired up a week or so after that. Still need to figure out a generic decently priced aluminum radiator, any suggestions? I have NO mounting requirements whatever is done will be custom it just needs to fit between my frame rails, approx 31 inches.
The hood is just sitting on the car in that photo, so it’s alignment is slightly off, I’ll tidy it up tomorrow.
Looking good Mike!!
Is it going to be white again? Whats the plan for vinyl and such?
that’s looking sick as fuck man! nice build!
Yep Theo, still going to be white.
Btw shoot me an email Josh sent me a clip of one of your runs from Toronto.
Livery wise… It’s a Nissan factory scheme but I’m gonna leave you guys in the dark until it’s done.
