I still dont have a 240sx yet and if i dont get one soon ill have to get a different car for the summer which might actually work out better cause then i can get a 240sx and work on it all summer without worying about it not working or major repairs. I have basically worked out my expenses for the next year and how much im going to make i plan on having about $10,000 to spend in the next year(including cost of car) this is just a quick breakdown of what i think the cost are going to be
Car- $3000 if i buy now or less than $1000 if i buy it while driving another car
CD player- $150
coilovers- $1200
Brakes- $1000
rims and tires(used)- $600
short shifter- $100
sway bars- $150
clutch -$400
flywheel- $400
exhaust- $500
turbo setup without intercooler to begin with- $1500
miscellanious- $500 (filter, hoses, oil, rust etc)
gauges -$200
seats- $600
this is basically in the order i plan to buy and install everything i just want to know if most of these prices are resonable i have checked and some of the prices i rounded up for a just in case kinda thing. i plan on making it a all around care for anything from drags to autocross obviosly i will have more money next year and knowing how most plans go this will take longer than a year but this is a rough estimate.
