So, does tranny oil for a MT need to cool before draining and changing? Or can I get away with draining right after driving?

I’m assuming same principal as oil where it flows out easier and cleans out any shit better?
i could be wrong, but it would seem to that you would want to have it hot. oil gets thinner when its hot, so i would assume that it would flow out of the transmission and all of its parts when its thinner and id also assume it would be less liely to stick to the stuff inside, so it would flow out better and you would get more of the old stuff out. i have absolutely no idea if this is true, i only assume, and we all know what happens to people who assume.
