So i bought a 91s13 and i have a 89s13 parts car. I wanna make my car non hicas and lighter like my 89. how much work am I looking at for this? do I have to change my powersteering pump? and can I just pull the entire rear subframe assembly? i have a vlsd in my 89. any one that has done this swap please give me your info
its helpful for sure. but i dont want the extra weight. and i have the means and tools and time to do this.
A lockout bar is the same weight as having the toe rods on a non hicas car. Your getting yourself into more work than you have to. Just buy a lock out. Same thing as not having the hicas. Plug the lines. In your case the powersteering isn’t connected in your red car, so plug the lines to keep dirt out or remove the lines and loop it from the pump. Keep it simple. Your creating to much work.
