Got pulled over...

yeah really… it’s not like the cop won’t show… how many times has that really happened…

…never for me.

  I can see it now, you pulling a burnout right infront of all the cops, they pull you over and you’ll be like “Hey do you remember giving a kid with a red del sol a ticket for going through a stop sign? Well don’t give it to him.” :bigthumb:

I’m going to go in probably thursday, i could choose to mail my money in and plead not guilty, but i am going for the i’m-a-poor-college-student-don’t-fine-me so i have to go in and talk to them. I don’t really have the money anyways. Well i do, but i’d rather spend it on car parts :hsdance:

Unless you have a connection to the cop he will show at the hearing. They get a $30 or $40 spiff for showing up to those things here. Even if they’re already on the clock. So of course they will show up for 5 seconds worth of pleading.

yeah they actually get overtime no matter what, to show for a hearing…

most of the time for me they do not show…maybe it is the the cops in my area

Not that it matters where we live… the cops show, Maracini winks at us and lets us off likewise. :itr41:

Just fight it and see what happens, I tried to plead to a lesser charge in West Newton after I got a ticket for careless driving after my wreck(always sucks to wreck your shit then get a ticket, 2x the kick in the nuts)… the District Justice just looked at me when I pled the “Broke college kid” rutine and said “There is no lesser charge, and we can put you on payments if your so broke” :slap:

yep i did donuts during a snow storm in the middle of rt50 in front of my firehall near the eat n park and the cop just sat there and laughed lol

if you pull the broke college kid at least say it like " can i plead guilty to a lesser charge" " it will be hard on me paying more for insurance since i’m going to college"

:ugh:
