Greddy e-Manage or AEM EMS

running hks fcon v pro d-jetro very nice!
ran ultimate-also very very nice u have lots of places that can tune it.
blue one as well, not as good as ultimate.
overall these are good, defenately ultimate tho, its pretty much the best bang plus u can get local shops to tune it easily.

Have fun finding anyone in western canada that can tune AEM EMS tho.

I heard that http://www.monsterhorsepower.com/ will tune the AEM EMS and I think I heard that the Mustang Shop will tune it too. What makes the AEM hard to tune?

If I wanted to go with bikirom I would run megasquirt. I don’t. Plus I don’t trust a product that has no support.

Although I RECOMEND SAFC, I mean, who not trick your MAF into throwing 20 degree’s of timing and your EGT’s going through the roof…who wouldnt want that…

Power FC is stupid unless you have FC Datalogit also.

Emanage is generally good, LIVE EDIT is good, EPROM is good, Motec is good, Microtech is good, Haltech is Good, Autronic is goddamn baller, North American FCON is good and Reg is the man, Megasquirt sucks on cam angle sensor and direct fire ignition cars, rebic is gay, safc is gay, safc neo is gay, safc2 is gay, Japan chipped ecm’s are gay…umm…thats all i can think of right now…

I contacted Reg and he said recommends fcon (because he is a hks shop) but he will tune Greddy and AEM ecus.

Have another question about e-Manage. The user manual says you can have an option boost controler, MAP sensor, 2 step rev limiter or other things using the option ports. But since there are only 2 option ports how can you have more than 2 options?

I had E-manage (blue) on my last car (2.4L turbo eclipse) it worked well. Is the AMS stand alone? Stand alone will be better than piggy back. I have a few buddies that have Autronic it is kick ass they had near factory drivability and tons of features. Lightspeed inovations in RedDeer are wicked tuners for E-manage and Autronic check them out.
