larceny is simply stealing. robbery is stealing through the use or implied use of force, usually with the use of a deadly weapon, (like a gun).
both offenses are class b felonies, but the robbery first is more frowned upon, since it employs force or use of force.
edit: regardless, this thread still sucks because you took pictures of you being illegally parked as your evidence, then you blame your court case, then you try to illegally use a handicapped parking pass, then it’s a taxpayer abuse issue. carry on.
