Helix coilovers?

anybody used these? Thinking about a set cause I found used for pretty cheap. However, they look like another one of those TDM ghetto coilovers like omni, D2, Function/Form, Megan, and the rest of that crap…

You don’t skip out on other parts of your car, don’t skip out on the suspension.

If you’re looking for a fantastic proven setup then go with Koni Yellow + Ground Control sleeved coil over setup, with custom rate springs.

Should run you ~700$ for a proven dampening/height adjustable coil-over setup, with the spring rate of your choice, either Track - ~450 pounds or more streetable ~350 pounds. Without re-valving Koni’s can’t handle much more then 500 pounds.

Fantastic bang for the buck :thumb

Koni Yellow+GC or PIC performance coilovers. I’ve heard nothing but great things about both.

oh here we go, suspension guru.

haha, just saying what I seen/heard. I’ve had Koni Yellows on my past two cars and they are great.

i wish it was that cheap for koni/gc for a suby…it’s like 700 for just the struts and you have to cut out your oem struts in order to use em… :angry2

Oh you didn’t mention the Subi part, I assumed Crx :lol

Subi… well you’re on your own.

I’d just put some Wrx shocks/springs on there, should bolt up.

i dont think “helix” only makes coilovers for hondas…the car comes with better struts/springs than the wrx i was looking for something more of a coilover and from further research these are pretty much the same as the rest of the TDM crap…im going to need to get i guess STi wagon springs…i cant believe how much more epensive suspension/brake parts are for these cars…
