it looks like the problem is resolved!!!
turbo replacement appear to fix it.
my diagnosis is oil seal in the turbo leaking oil to the exhaust side.

Congrats  How many miles are on the car/stock turbo? how many miles tuned?
86k on the chassis
2k on the longblock (audi replaced under warranty)
86k on the old turbo (2k tuned, both blown for all of that)
20k on the new used turbo that got installed.
What was the reason for the longblock?
is your jet valve (hose) soft??? or is it hard??
does the throttle body have a lot of oil deposits??
has your fuel economy dropped off (more then expected with apr software)??
if so I would guess that you have a bad oil seal in your turbo…
replace turbo and jet valve and hose…
the paperwork says zero compression and also cam follower.

fuel economy never dropped off when the turbo was bad, I just ate a lot of oil. Everything was pretty clean until you got to the exhaust side of the turbo.
I have maybe 60 miles on the new turbo and all appears well so far.
