hey guys i just noticed that my nissan key wont open my driver/passenger or trunk door. i could only get in with remote so i was wondering how i could fix this? would i need to buy new door locks? does anyone have them ? thanks
Get your vin number and go to nissan, they can make you another key.

LMAO no no i must of typed it wrong but the key fits turns but the locks dont work i need new LOCKS i think or theres something wrong with them 
they can generate a key from a vin number or do they pull it out from a database ?
lol nope they wont make u a key if u dont have the metal pin when u bought the car then they will make u one from their data base 
but i need new locks
most probably new locks not keys…the pins must be worn out or something…

pull the door panel off maybe the linkage is broken or worn you said you can turn the key but it doesn’t open the doors. or maybe something is ceased all of my key cylinders were ceased when i bought the car because the previous owner only used the remote so i had to take the key sylkinders apart and free them up
my car is like that too…
i was told its from somebody trying to break into the car, the key is fine the cylander is messed up.
did u fix it cuz i dotn want to break in to my car again i did it once already lol
i just use my remote. spray some lube into the cyl
where can we get batteries for the remote???
batteries??? just bring the fob to radio shack or a battery store…
