yea but i’m not turboing the swap…the the numbers with a turbo not really relivant here…an ls swap only has about 15 more horsepower than my car has right now…the thing i am thinking about is… is 15 more horespower and the extra wieght worth doing a swap at all??? I am…u are all right… on a budget bbbuutttt I’d rather save the extra money and do a gsr swap

I just want a daily driver that doesn’t run a 16.6 like mine does now and is street legal

And yes I want to do a swap into my d/d and boost my d in a pos hatch
And the reasoning behind this is…
I would love to just get a project car and swap and boost it bbuutt i’m tired of my daily driver having no balls what so ever so if I could I would just boost my d/d but thats not too reliable and I wouldn’t pass inspection legally and I’ve never really heard of a fast all motor d series so thats why i’m doing a swap…and if I have a left over engine I think it’d be fun to throw it in a hatch and boost it…and with the project i’m not looking for big numbers I’m just planning on making a modern day rat rod…primered hatch…some gold gsr fat fives, d16y8, 14b, dsm 450’s, custom i/c piping, vitara pistons…it’d be a fun lil hatch

Obvious choice here is an LS K20 swap. good reliable engines found in the RSX and Civic Si Hatches '02-'05. So a rather new engine and could find one pretty cheap. I know I enjoyed my K20A3 Si when I had it.
