you will have to change the ecu or redo some of the circuitry inside looked pretty easy if i remm. correctly
honda-tech.com
search,or go to honda FAQ thers a full write up
the pedals/clutch master is the biggest pita then its pretty straightforward. but as mentioned you might need to swap harnesses, esp if you care about cruise etc working correctly
got a dx no cruise or anything…
its easy than man, get thje clutch pressure plate and flywheel all from a doner car (your gonna want them to be matched to the year of the transmission)
off the same car grab the pe4dal assembly and the ecu.
You can do it in a night.
i have the entire doner car so mounts wil not be an issue. but the doner is v-tec and my hatch is not. so should i just use my computer and have it re chipped
i tried looking on honda tech couldnt find the write up on the 92-95
The motor mount is not the issue…Its the mount bracket itself.
You might need hasports auto to manual mount conv.
Dont worry about rewiring vtec. Thats cake. Do a search on Honda Tech and you’ll find tons of info
Good Luck!

you need that ^^^ mount
using the mount from the manual car wont work?
nope. The auto bracket sits upwards when the manual sits straight.
guess ill just have to cut the other bracket off and weld it on. or is that tranny mount cheap???. can i use auto half shafts or are they different lengths
\
I can convert your ECU to a 5-speed for you. I’ll have all pricing info in a soon to be post in the forum advertisers section.
estorvitos got most of it.
the mount from avid is like $150, or you can cut and weld and use the stock manual bracket. the half shafts are the same.
i’ve done a bunch of honda auto-manual swaps. its pretty straight forward
