What do you guys to make your images?

Everytime I do a fresh install I decide to do an image and then get lazy and don’t do it.

I’d rather image my fresh install without having to first install the image program :o

Can I just have the image program on a CD and have it make an image of my C: drive?

As stated above, download Hirens Boot CD (lots of utilities, including ghost…) boot from the CD, then put an image on an external USB drive.

When needed, boot from CD and restore image on the HD from the USB drive.

It’s just like backing up a DB and then restoring it on another DB… You should know full well how that works… teif
