how to bleed the clutch line?

i have a problem with my clutch
i have to pump it everytime i shift.
might be air in the line.

for a s13

Man, i’m having the exact same problem what are the symptoms of yours?

I bled the shit outta my clutch line and i’m not re-gaining pressure. I can pump the pressure up but as soon as i let the clutch out again for any length of time i lose all my pressure. Someone please help us!!

ya man. i like keep pumpin and pumpin. until i feel presure.
and yah then i can change gears. its so gay
i havnt tried bleeding it yet.
gona try tonight
hopefully it works.

make sure that your bleeder screw is clear before going ahead and concider bypassing the dampening loop…it hold tons of fluid and without it you should have better pedal response… I’m going to bypass it soon hopefully it works for me

if its not air try replacing your clutch master

ya thats not that bad.
only 50 bucks.

Man! Bypass the dampner loop before you bother bleeding the SOB, If you don’t have rusty or greasy nuts (LOL) it should be pretty easy and then the thing will bleed in about 3 or 4 tries!! I’d also recommend a $5.00 one man bleeder kit from PrincessAuto (just a little bottle that won’t let the air thru the fluid it’s well worth it!

Clutch works great now and it super awesome

There will be a TON of air in the large lines of the bypass loop, like I said, BYPASS, bend the main line (be careful not to crimp) a nice long easy bend should do it!
