I have no point. I am disproving other points.

I have already been very clear when I said that I don’t care what others do in their own home as long as it doesn’t affect others. We could go deeper and say that drug use in that regard is still bad as it will employ other drug dealers but we can barely discuss this with the smokers.

I am simply pointing out that regardless of what someone’s dad says or what yours/mine/whoever opinion is: It is still ILLEGAL. Period.

For the most part can we agree that a considerable portion of laws are intact mainly to gain revenue? Also laws vary state to state depending on political ideals of the party in charge. So since its illegal/wrong in ny, does that mean that other states/countries where laws vary are outright wrong?

To me, cigarettes are wrong because they can directly hurt other people but they are legal for their revenue. Marijuana appears to be illegal because the state cannot directly gain revenue from it and it has some health risks (but so does other things).
