I was on EI all year as I got laid off and went back to finish my high-school. I have been working (legitimately) for 10 years, this is the first time I’ve EVER gone on pogey. Somehow, the government figures I owe 400.00 this year. I didn’t even make anything?? So even though it’s not as much of a sting…still,…I believe the appropriate expression would be FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!

i have an extra 10.00 per week taken out for both federal and state, never had too owe, and i get a big chunk back at the end of the year. Even more this year, Holy shit thank god for tax deductible tuition

I just did my taxes and I ended up owing $2,000. My problem was that I received checks in the mail for my job as spiffs for selling certain manufacturer’s products. This money was untaxed so now I have to pay it. I have learned after this experience that I will have money set aside next year to cover this.

It sucks having to drop $2k and see no results. It seems like I never got the money, I have no idea where it all went?!?!!

I don’t care how justifed some people make taxes to be, I do believe in the fact that there has to be some money donated to the overall social cause that gets transmitted into the whole system and then back to the people, however I fucken hate modern day fucken governments.

I just got a nice 4000$ in taxes to pay this year. How beats me. It seems the more money I start making the more I get fucked over. Better to be a cheap mother fucker on welfare and get tax refunds and you’ll be better off than working your ass off hard and then be raped by the government.

Doesn’t look like I’ll be taking the 240 out this year. Fuck you government.
