i need a car!!

ohhh adn how he said im sick of this site, everything is nissan…lmfao…i thought a nissan 240 was a nissan>>???wow i must be insane!

i think he just means that apparntley people on this board think that a nissan can beat anything. But really can a rsx beat a skyline? around a track or in a straightline?
I hope not

He thinks that hondas can smoke anything, your wrong buddy.

i raced a type s at cayuga and smoked it by a full second, he couldnt break into the 14’s lmfao

no you beat a driver… not a car.

untill any of you can prove you are profesional driver your arguments are apples and oranges.

so shut the fuck up already.

god damn mentality here is pathetic.

btw check out my rx7 for sale it may be in your range.

Obviously your BOOSTED 240 is going to beat a stock type-s in 1/4 mile… my car is not even a 1/4 mile car… it shines more on the highway… and i’ve seen guys run 15.0-15.2 at cayuga in stock type-s with good tires. I don’t bash nissan’s… some of you people just don’t know your roll in the car scene. It’s like everyone here that bash’s SRT4’s when 90% of the cars here can’t even keep upto a stock one. I use to have a 240 and I loved it… I’ll probably buy another one in a few years and build the fuck out of it just for fun… but it is sure as hell not the best car in the world which most of you are brainwashed to believe because you own the car, try test driving something new in the same class, you will probably be very impressed because believe it or not, technology HAS advanced in the last 15 years… and this 1990 skyline gt-s, it’s good bang for the buck but i would never spend 10+ grand on a 16yr old nissan that can only run 15’s stock on a TURBO motor… and then finding parts for that car ontop of that?? lol, have fun buddy.

I’ve been in tons of fast 12-13 sec civics, 240s, etc… and the cars just don’t feel stable or good… and these are properly built cars… im sure the guys with the s14’s are a bit different story… but for the s13’s… i’d be nervous doing 250+km/h. I don’t really care to argue with the guys who have built cars here, because there cars are probably breaking down weekly and costing them an arm and a leg just to maintain, I have a warranty  I can build the shit out of my motor as well and IF I can hook it wouldn’t cost me more than 7-8 grand to be hitting 11’s. Anyway, point is… i’m a car enthusiast and I’m a member on many boards… I do like 240s… but if you guys enjoy cars you should learn to appreciate things other than just 240s… I’ve never seen you guys praise any cars other than NISSANS… every other car manufacturer is shi.t on this board!!! SHIFTKA24DET usually has a more unbiased opinion, as well as a few other members… but for the most part… its ridiculous

isnt this post suppose to b about how this guy needs to buy a car??.. -_^…sooooooo… can we stop arguing about if a rsx can beat a skyline… if u guys really wanna know… y dont u jus buy a skyline… and u take out ur rsx and go to the tracks… wow problem solved…

There he goes again, bragging about the all-out sportscar his Honda grocery getter is.
And Adam, how would a Type R beat a GT-R on the track? Would it be the type of race where we go till the other guy runs out of fuel and last man standing wins? Please, show some hard data to back up such grandiose statements, because I really do not see how a STOCK Type R could ever touch a STOCK GT-R. None of the “running on 5 cylinders with a bad clutch GT-R vs. a fully built, stripped and caged Type R”. And just so that I don’t make the same ignorant-ass comment, here you go, Nurburing track times:

8:28 — Nissan Skyline GTR, 277 PS
8:43 — Honda Integra Type R (12/2000)

thanks for setting that straight, anyways thanks for your posts and support…im still looking hopefully i find something soon,i found a 240 on autotrader for 1500 it looks mint…ttyl keep them comin

we are comparing a 1990 skyline, not R34… yes i know that’s a big year difference… but im not that idiot that wanted to compare the two.

^But when you say 1990 skyline, are you talking about a GT-R or the GTS-T that his buddy has. GTS-T skylines are total dogs stock, so I can see the Type R taking it out on straight or track, but an R32 GT-R that has been well maintained is still a formidable racing machine and should only be slightly slower than the R34.

GTS man, read the whole conversation… I know what GTR’s are capable of… i know what ALL nissans are capable of… I am not saying my car is the shit… but all you guys say it IS shit when it’s really not in just stock form… everyone is too bias on this board.
