A rhetorical question is a figure of speech in the form of a question posed to make a statement or initiate introspection rather than for the purpose of getting an answer.
i.e. why does he not take an extra minute to think before posting or suggesting something that is quite frankly borderline ludicrous.
If I wanted to bash Wyotech, believe me I’d come right out with it.
