I remember sitting in social stuides, got a phone call from my dad telling me what happend, walked home from school shortly after went over to a friends and we watched the news all night
I was in 12th grade advisory (Study Hall) And my teacher in the room was Nelligan (Some of the guilderland people will know who that is) Which made it badass, because I had him for History class afterward so it was like a 3 hour marathon of Nelligan and Terrorists.
I was 32 and at work:( Friggin whippersnappers…hehe
9th grade, during social studies.
5th grade, came home and the news was on, definitely never gonna forget that
I was 24 at my job in Latham.
As information started trickling in I became increasingly worried since the company I worked for, AON Corporation, had offices on the high floors in the South Tower.
Most of them made it out but 176 didn’t. It still haunts me to this day knowing I was talking to corpses on the phone that morning.
9th grade, spanish, like 9am or w/e.
teacher basically said the WTC had been hit by a plane and was on fire.
I didn’t hear anything more about it until I got home and my mom was crying.
I wtf’ed hard.

I was at work, I was 19. We watched TV at work with the store owner, something that never would happen.
The weather that day was perfect, not humid, sunny, perfect temperature, not a cloud in the sky.
