Oh, I wanted to throw this out there, I am down to 165 ish, 4 months after starting thats a 35+ lb loss. Ive started slacking though, eating some shit again and I dont feel as good as I once did.
i gotta get back into the swing of things also. I’ve been lazy for the past month. I finally renewed my membership…so back to the gym i go.

if youre going to mix cardio and lifting, u should stretch, then lift, then finish with cardio. lifting will burn all of the sugar energy your body has, which allows the cardio at the end to burn off fat calories directly. 1 - 1.5 hours of lifting plus 45 mins of cardio it’s tough to do, but probably works the best for toning and losing weight.
Try using the rower at the gym to mix things up. I bought a Concept 2 model D a month ago and I love the thing.

dont do too much/hard cardio either. your body will burn muscle instead of fat. i would suggest 20-30 min of 1 on 1 off sprints.
i doubt that is real weight loss. stop weighing yourself when you get to the gym and then again on the way out. you are only finding out how much you dehydrated yourself, that is not really indicative of how you are doing. try weighing yourself once a week.
