it goes to the pairc solenoid valve then the 10 amp fuse in the 10 amp fuse in the fuse panel. The fuse should be popping instead of the ecu, the ecu supplies ground to this circuit.

make sure that the ecm grounds are good.
I can’t see your diagram properly and can’t find mine at the moment. If it’s only the PAIR valve, just cut the wire at the ECU and remove the valve, it’s pointless anyway. If the wire is cut it can’t be flowing power through and frying.
will the car even run with out the pin 36 connected. cause its what blowing. so if there is no power will it even run the car???
if it’s just for the PAIR valve then it shouldn’t matter, it would be the same effect as unplugging the valve… which probably 95% of the cars on this website don’t have anymore.
if you looked at the diagram i put up it runs to the coil too…
