importing cars from USA

has anyone ever imported an american car ?

1. is it 15% taxes on what you payed?
2. does the 100.00 air condition pay like from japan apply?
3. changing to canadian ownership. Easy or hard?
4. any hiddin fees?

i found alot of datsuns i like in around flordia. and some american 240sx’s WITH zero rust.
