^ IIRC it was $20.00 installed (glued and nailed) for ours.
We looked at a few “machine” scraped floors but the cheese factor was way too high.
You could see a machine had made a pattern in each board.:bloated:
Why spend $12.00 on something that looks fake?
We really wanted the house to look 100 years old.
I will get better pictures that show the floor better.
