Hey I saw one of my friends reading this thread and I just wanted to chime in on this subject. A lot of VANDALS do very ILLEGAL and DAMAGING work. THEY CANNOT BE COMPARED TO banksy who painted this on the wall between Israel and Palestine. Many VANDALS have a vision of GETTING ATTENTION by VANDALIZING public property. Murals under bridges, in the parks, etc. It’s against the law yes, but there ARE NO PARENTS TEACHING THEM RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE’S PROPERTY. Especially if it’s DEFACING SOMETHING THEY DON’T OWN THAT WILL DETER THAT AREA AND BUILDING EVER BEING USED AGAIN.

Obviously, this VANDAL doesn’t understand the difference between public and private property, and is immature and highly disrespectful. The only SOLUTION comes in when you CATCH THESE VANDALS, and report THESE DELIQUENTS to the authorities. All “writers” vandalize someone’s private property, BE IT PRIVATE OR THE PUBLIC’S and you ARE hating on or turning in a VANDAL who is very UNaware and DISrespectful of the line between expression and disrespect. And there can AND SHOULD be some serious penalties for these types of things.

Just hope that everyone here understands that like many groups in life, the assholes and n00bs among them NEED TO BE STOPPED EARLY, and VANDALISM SUCH AS GRAFFITI BRINGS DOWN PROPERTY VALUES AND DETERS DEVELOPMENT OF LOW INCOME.
